A highly alkaline diet.. And a lot of in betweens.




Which means to eat like a rabbit. 80% fruits and vegetables and 20% of selected types of meats & grains. Romaine being the highly recommended greens for salads but there are some not recommended items in the toppings in my meal below e.g. Goji berries.Yes, I admit that since I saw significant progress from 3rd month onwards, I've slipped in some not recommended food items every now & then. But I still abstain from the "deadly 7" things 99% of the time. Will talk about that in another posting hopefully in the not so distant future. Meanwhile..
